Must Have

2 - 4+ years experience in sales progression, conveyancing support, new-build property, mortgages or estate agency, Familiarity with off-plan and new-build completions processes, Working knowledge of CRM systems (e. g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and case-management tools, Exposure to buy-to-let or investor-focused property sales

THE ROLE Completions are where the buyer journey becomes real and where great progression makes the difference between a smooth handover and a stressful one. As Completions Sales Progressor, you’ll own the buyer relationship from exchange of contracts through to practical completion, coordinating across developers, mortgage brokers, solicitors and our group partners to make sure every completion lands on time and every buyer feels looked after.
