Must Have
associate's degree, minimum of three years of work experience demonstrating the ability to provide customer service, safeguard sensitive information, conduct evaluation and research, communicate effectively orally and in writing
What You'll Do.
Provide customer service and support for inquiries and complaints
and disseminate complaints
Research information from various sources
Initiate customer interaction when necessary
Identify and report unusual or repetitive customer inquiries
Document and monitor the status of outstanding problems
Collect customer fraud complaint information
Analyze nature of the complaints
Enter data into USPIS Complaint Systems
Recommend system improvements

Work collaboratively with other Investigative Support Analysts, Supervisors; Works with the International Service Center

Postal Inspection Service by servicing the inquiries and complaints received through USPS Customer Support, various USPIS complaint hotlines, and directly entered online customer complaints/reports. Analysts support the CISC Fraud Unit by reviewing, evaluating, categorizing, and routing complaints to the appropriate unit/database.
