What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree or higher, 2 years of combined experience in healthcare, medical device and/or drug in a private, public, government or military environment
Nice to Have
Self-motivated and comfortable in a role driven by transactional goals, attention to detail, Ability to navigate multiple databases and prepare documentation, Ability to analyze data from multiple sources using data management tools, Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, verbal and written communication skills, Knowledge of or experience with medical products, Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, use discretion, and exercise sound judgment in business relationships
What You'll Do.
Manage complaint handling assigned product complaint assignments
Meet daily team and individual complaint handling output goals
Perform document complaint investigation
Process complaint events per regulations
Monitor and track key operational data trending
Perform visual inspection and product testing
Own product related documentation
Inventory and log complaint product samples
