Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field, 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation, Experience in compensation program design, incentive structures, and equity plan administration, Proven ability to operate with confidence and credibility, influencing leaders and navigating complex organizational dynamics, analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into clear, compelling business stories, Experience managing and influencing stakeholders across multiple levels, including executive leadership, Ability to lead through change and drive alignment across cross-functional teams, High level of ownership and accountability, with the ability to operate autonomously, Experience working within HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and advanced proficiency in Excel and data modeling, Ability to balance strategic thinking with executional excellence in a fast-paced environment, Focused on solutions and demonstrates good judgment when it comes to solving problems and making decisions., Commitment to enhancing the associate experience and re-centering decisions around customer/associate impact
Nice to Have
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred, Experience working within a corporate or multi-unit environment preferred
