Ensure compensation strategy implementation
Administer compliant compensation programs
Liaise with P&C business partners and leaders
Drive and implement compensation strategies
Act as internal subject matter expert
Manage and execute compensation projects
Oversee coordination of compensation processes
Develop training materials
Develop and implement compensation change/communications
Develop education/training
Develop plan documents
Develop reporting analytics
Manage jobs and compensation programs for compliance
Conduct ongoing research to improve compensation plans
Ensure job classification data is accurate
Complete current job descriptions
Utilize financial modeling and analytics
Enable data-driven decisions
Manage all activity throughout the year

**Department:** 14219 Enterprise Corporate - People & Culture Compensation **Status:** Full time **Benefits Eligible:** Yes **Hou****rs Per Week:** 40 **Schedule Details/Additional Information:** M-F, 40 hours per week Remote **Pay Range** $51.05 - $76.60 Excellent opportunity for someone with a wealth of _compensation_ experience in higher education (academics or medical school) for corporate, research and academic type roles within our healthcare system. **Education _Required_ :** Bachelor’s degree in human resources, finance, or another related field. **Experience _Required_ :****** * Typically requires _five or more years in compensation_ with previous consulting experience, project management, and responsibility for critical initiatives. * Experience working with complex, matrixed, organization structures and providing guidance while maintaining a balance between remaining competitive in the market and fiscal/financial responsibility. * Experience in design and implementation of compensation programs, plans, and structures across multiple geographies. * Experience developing strategic partnerships with executive level business leaders and influencing business decisions. * Significant experience using compensation administration software such as CompAnalyst, PayFactors, or MarketPay. * Experience using HR ERP technology such as Workday, Oracle, or SAP/SuccessFactors. **Knowledge, Skills & Abilities _Required_ :** * Extensive interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) including the ability to communicate and present complex ideas and topics in a manner that is easy to understand to all levels of teammates including executives. * Ability to work independently and lead initiatives as required, demonstrating effective project management skills, with strong sense of urgency and ability to meet tight deadlines. * Advanced level analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, plus proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other HR sof
