5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Operations, or HR Operations, experience managing employee benefits in an international environment, Experience working with external vendors and service providers, organizational and process management skills, Analytical mindset, attention to detail, English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher, Russian language proficiency

Experience driving process improvements or automation initiatives
