What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum of five years of demonstrated experience in benefits, compensation, or HR operations within a multinational/global organization, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or equivalent professional experience, Proven experience designing and handling global benefits and mobility processes, Solid understanding of compensation fundamentals, including benchmarking, salary structures, job evaluation, and incentive plan administration (specifically Sales), Prior experience managing outsourced vendors and building positive relations with works councils or unions, Hands-on experience with the calculation and payout of bonuses, Proven ability to create new processes and policies in ambiguous, fast-changing environments, Analytical capability, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Excellent communication and influencing skills, Confidence negotiating with vendors, external suppliers, and internal business partners, Self-motivation and initiative with a high degree of ownership and the ability to work independently with limited oversight, An appetite for speed and urgency without compromising attention to detail and accuracy, Logical, structured thinking with a natural inclination to quantify decisions

Nice to Have

In-depth knowledge of EMEA benefit plan laws and international mobility regulations, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of Google Workplace and HiBob

What You'll Do.

Subject matter expert for benefits portfolio

Drive global mobility initiatives

Design recognition programs

Handle recognition programs

Partner with Sales organization

Ensure robust job architecture

Ensure robust incentive programs

Participate in strategic development of benefits

Lead implementation of benefit programs

Manage benefit plan design changes

Design end-to-end process for benefits updates

Make data-driven recommendations

Manage relationships with vendors

Collate employee insights around benefits

Develop comprehensive communications around benefits

Streamline compensation for new locations

Manage pro-rata bonus calculations

Oversee compensation policies for relocating candidates

Research legal and tax requirements

Model relocation costs

Advise business on resource allocation

Maintain job architecture

Design sales incentive plans

Conduct market benchmarking

Conduct cost estimations

Implement corporate recognition programs

Administer corporate recognition programs

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner closely with the Sales organization; Involve country HRMs, Tax, Accounting, and Payroll departments; Involve main approvers; Partner with the Sales Organization team; Design sales incentive plans together with the Sales Excellence team; Involve different parties for recognition programs; Conduct necessary communication activities for recognition programs

Communication Scope

Excellent communication and influencing skills; Distill complex compensation topics into clear narratives; Persuade senior stakeholders; Develop comprehensive communications around benefits

Process & Methodology

Manage end-to-end process for benefits updates, Lead implementation and management of new benefit programs
