What You'll Do.

administering the company’s global equity programs

providing support in the design

and implementation of compensation programs

managing day-to-day equity operations via Fidelity NetBenefits

providing analytical support for compensation benchmarking

and incentive programs

and alignment with the company’s compensation strategy

conducting compensation benchmarking and job evaluations using tools such as Radford and Mercer

analyzing internal and external pay data to support salary ranges

supporting the annual compensation cycle

including merit increases

generating reports and dashboards for HR

partnering with HRBPs and recruiters to ensure alignment with compensation philosophy and practices

contributing to the development and communication of compensation guidelines

and manager resources

providing support in administering and processing equity transactions—including RSUs

and ESPP—using Fidelity NetBenefits

supporting grant issuance

ESPP enrollments and purchases

and participant communications

maintaining accurate and auditable equity reconcile data with HRIS

supporting in the coordination of tax withholding

and financial reporting for equity and ESPP events

providing support to ensure compliance with internal controls

and global reporting standards

assisting with Section 16 filings

insider trading windows

and equity-related audits

How You'll Work.

The analyst serves as a key support role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with the company’s compensation strategy.
