Must Have

Previous 3+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, finance, accounting, compensation or a similarly applicable field, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or a related field, Advanced quantitative skills with demonstrated ability to perform data and cost analyses, Proficiency in Excel, python/R and HRIS/compensation tools, Excellent verbal and written communication ability to present compensation analyses and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, compelling manner, Experience administering base pay, merit cycles, promotions and incentive programs, including market pricing and survey participation, Demonstrated success partnering with HRBPs and business leaders, resolving compensation issues and providing consultation on pay decisions, English language skills are required for this role

Scopely is looking for a Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards team in Mexico City on a hybrid basis, working 3 days a week from the hub.
