Full Job Description

**Location:** 4900 Tiedeman Road, Brooklyn Ohio **Job Summary** Under general supervision, assists with the design, implementation, and administration of Key's Shared Services programs and analyzes data from various sources to inform the programs. Collaborates with internal and external partners providing necessary tools and information in order to make informed decisions. **Responsibilities** * Compensation only: Completes job evaluations and benchmarks internal positions making recommendation to manager, finance and HR partners, and with manager to leaders. Recommendation includes career level, salary grade and compensation targets when appropriate. Performs annual market pricing reviews while developing understanding of client’s industry / strategy and understanding of our competition and how business works to inform recommendations. * Executive Comp only: Assists with the analysis, design, and implementation of Key’s long-term incentive compensation program, including the process for annual grants and modeling the impact of any changes to design. Assists with other aspects of equity administration. Provide annual proxy statement support (collection and data validation, drafting compensation tables and footnotes, etc.) * Analyzes compensation or benefits data in order to determine trends, anomalies, and gaps. Uses analysis to help assess the effectiveness of programs, using both internal and external information. Utilizes analytical insights to develop and present meaningful recommendations to team members, managers, HR and Finance partners, business leaders, etc. * Assists with the analysis, design, and implementation of compensation or benefits programs. Partners with HR, finance, business leaders, vendors, external consultants as necessary to review and/or redesign programs.
