What They're Looking For.

Must Have

0-3+ years of experience in compensation analysis required, analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, HRIS systems, and compensation software, Knowledge of compensation principles, market pricing, and job evaluation methodologies, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for conducting interviews and presenting findings to stakeholders, Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality, Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in reporting and compliance, Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance preferred

What You'll Do.

and administering compensation programs

evaluating job positions

participating in salary surveys

providing data-driven recommendations on pay structures

and various incentives

work closely with Engagement Business Partners and business leaders to align compensation objectives and efforts

providing consultation

advice and guidance in support of business goals

and administration of compensation programs and policies

Perform complex analytical studies in a variety of compensation areas

evaluation and analyses of internal and external market research

analyze competitive position and market trends and make recommendations for base salary structures

promotional adjustments

and/or variable pay programs

Perform market reviews

and studies for external benchmarking

Build various compensation models

prepare written exhibits

summaries and recommendations for market adjustments and special pay programs

Gives presentations on compensation programs to management and employee groups

Participates in compensation survey benchmarking

Partners with external survey vendors to ensure requirements and deadlines are met

Support other Total Rewards projects on an as-needed basis
