Must Have
Registered Nurse (PRC License required), 1–3 years of experience in occupational health, corporate clinic, or hospital setting, Experience handling HMO providers
Nice to Have
Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid
What You'll Do.
Provide first aid treatment
Provide emergency response
Provide basic medical care
Perform routine health assessments
Perform pre-employment medical reviews
Maintain employee medical records
Administer prescribed medications
Facilitate referrals to healthcare providers
Monitor employees with chronic conditions
Support employees with work-related health conditions
Serve as contact for healthcare benefits
Serve as contact for insurance concerns
Assist employees understanding health insurance
Ensure accuracy of benefits documentation
Ensure timeliness of benefits reporting
Liaise with HR for issue resolution
Liaise with external providers for issue resolution
Ensure adherence to occupational health standards
Ensure adherence to safety standards
Ensure adherence to company policies
Assist in workplace hazard identification
Assist in risk assessments
Assist in incident investigations
Maintain clinic readiness
Manage medical supplies
Manage emergency kits
Support compliance requirements
Design health and wellness programs
Implement health and wellness programs
Provide health education
Provide preventive care guidance
Support mental health programs
Act as health representative for Cebu site
Act as wellness representative for Cebu site
Coordinate Cebu-based engagement initiatives
Participate in Cebu-based engagement initiatives
Partner with Cebu site leaders
Track participation of engagement initiatives
Track effectiveness of engagement initiatives
Provide regular reports on engagement initiatives
Prepare health-related reports for management
Submit health-related reports to regulatory bodies
Document all clinic visits
Document all treatments
Document all incidents
Document all health programs
Assist in drafting company health policies
