Must Have
Registered Nurse (PRC License required), 1–3 years of experience in occupational health, corporate clinic, or hospital setting, Experience handling HMO providers, Amenable to onsite work
Nice to Have
Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Certified in First Aid
What You'll Do.
Provide first aid treatment
Provide emergency response
Provide basic medical care
Perform routine health assessments
Perform pre-employment medical reviews
Maintain employee medical records
Manage employee medical records
Administer prescribed medications
Facilitate referrals to healthcare providers
Monitor employees with chronic conditions
Support employees with chronic conditions
Monitor employees with work-related health conditions
Support employees with work-related health conditions
Serve as contact for employee healthcare benefits
Serve as contact for insurance concerns
Assist employees in understanding health insurance coverage
Assist employees in understanding benefits
Ensure accuracy of benefits-related documentation
Ensure timeliness of benefits-related documentation
Ensure accuracy of benefits-related reporting
Ensure timeliness of benefits-related reporting
Liaise with HR to resolve issues
Liaise with external providers to resolve issues
