Occupational Health Compliance • Maintain 100% compliance with DOLE and OSHS health and medical requirements. • Ensure all required health and medical reports are submitted accurately and within prescribed deadlines. • Achieve zero major findings during internal or external OSH audits related to occupational health services. 2. Medical Incident Response • Provide first aid or medical assessment within 5 minutes of notification for onsite incidents, where feasible. • Ensure 100% documentation of workplace injuries, illnesses, and medical consultations. • Coordinate appropriate referrals for cases requiring further medical evaluation within the same working day. 3. Workplace Injury and Illness Management • Monitor and maintain accurate records of occupational injuries and illnesses.
