Must Have
Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of professional work experience in student services or related education/experience, Experience leading or directing the work of others, Teaching/training/supervisory experience, especially with young adults, organizational skills, i.e. attention to detail, Direct knowledge of community organizations, social issues, and civic engagement, Experience with Windows/Microsoft Office applications, web-based communication, and database management, Must have, or be able to obtain by time of hire, a valid driver’s license and meet requirements in accordance with SPPM 7.10 and departmental driving standards
Nice to Have
Master’s degree, Four years professional experience in higher education or community-based agency, Direct experience as an AmeriCorps member or supervisor of AmeriCorps members or similar national service program, Experience in program and/or outcomes assessment, Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of campus and community partners, i.e. effective interpersonal skills
