Nice to Have
Experience working with Hubspot and airtable is a plus
What You'll Do.
Welcome and assist visitors
Provide front-desk coverage
Troubleshoot and assist with member inquiries
Attend to member and guest requests
Identify and help streamline day-to-day operational processes
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist with the coordination and execution of events
Monitor and assist with the restocking of consumables
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Contribute to special projects
