meeting and greeting visitors
supporting with the set-up and organisation of senior leadership events
collaborating with our executive assistants to support senior leadership and board members when AGMs
and exec meetings are hosted in your office
delivering and communicating a clear service
managing the day-to-day operations of the
collaborating with key stakeholders on maintaining and continually improving the office
keeping a close eye on office feedback to make sure we’re meeting and exceeding
ensuring the office is an inclusive workplace
keeping our Trusties safe and secure in the
making sure we comply with local health and safety
mitigating security risks
inputting into budget forecasting
managing the office budget on a day-to-day basis
and making sure invoices are paid in a timely manner
organising and running local celebrations
like Trustpilot’s summer social and end-of-year party
coordinating community-wide get-togethers
supporting Trusties with the logistics of their in-office events
continuous-improvement project work
