**The role:** With a genuine passion for improving patient care, you will be an enthusiastic and experienced registered nurse. Responsible for ensuring that our service delivers its optimum performance, you will work to achieve a seamless service. Driven to improve patient experience, you will be part of the triage team, assessing referrals in a timely manner and signposting to other teams and services delivering care needs. This is an on-the-road type of position, travelling to the Munster region. This position is 39 hours per week, Monday to Sunday – 3 long shifts per week. Responsibilities Cannulation & Phlebotomy Experience – Essential. Administration/Education of Subcutaneous Therapies. IV Administration Therapies in Home Settings. Maintain full compliance with company Policies & Procedures. Completion of electronic nursing records & ensuring relevant information is recorded in a timely & accurate manner. Report details of Adverse Events, Product Complaints and/or Clinical Incidents as per company policy. Basic IT/ computer skills. Excellent communication skills, ability to develop relationships with new contacts. Displays a good deal of flexibility and is adaptable to change. Likes to work alone yet values their position within a team. Demonstrates good sound judgement. Good Time Management Skills Willing to travel domestically. Experience within the Pharmaceutical industry or similar discipline is desirable, but not essential. Candidate Requirements : An Bord Altranais Nursing Registration.
