Eligibility Requirements

Incumbents need to be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time and bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas., Incumbents must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, sleet)., Incumbents must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance., Rare or regular travel may be required to assist other properties as needed, attend training classes, business meetings, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position., Incumbents must be able to work a flexible work schedule, which includes taking “call” during evenings, weekends and holidays.

What You'll Do.

manages the day-to-day operations of an assigned property

managing the team members

and resources of the property to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals

ensures that the operation of the property complies with Company policies and procedures

Fair Credit Reporting Act

and other laws and regulations governing multi-family housing operations.

Provides input into the development of budget(s) for the property

Meets targeted revenues

Approves invoices from vendors

and service providers

Controls expenditures

Oversees the lease enforcement process

and interprets current market and economic trends

implements short- and long-range marketing and leasing strategies

Promotes resident satisfaction and retention

Ensures the property’s maintenance team members comply with the Company’s standards

Conducts regular property inspections

Supervises property staff

Assists in managing the client/owner relationship

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

cross-functional coordination; managing communication between the vendor/contractor, accounting, and the client/owner as needed.; Assists in managing the client/owner relationship by meeting with the owners, conducting property tours, providing updates and information about the property’s performance, and responding to owner requests as needed.
