Multi-Site Community Manager - Pacific Ridge a college degree or related coursework is preferred. Minimum of two years of property management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and property management software. Strong problem-solving, leadership, and customer service skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and neutrality in all interactions. Knowledge of State landlord-tenant laws, Fair Housing policies, and basic accounting principles.
