What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in multi-family property, High school diploma or GED, Valid driver's license, Clean driving record, Pass a criminal background check, Physical ability to walk the community regularly, Occasionally lift materials and supplies
Nice to Have
Manufactured housing experience is a plus, Associate's degree preferred

Address issues with urgency

Maintain accurate resident ledgers
Generate monthly billing
Ensure work orders are resolved within 48 hours
Oversee occupancy of rental homes
Manage the sale of on-site homes
Track and protect positive net operating income
Manage expenses strategically
Ensure rent is billed accurately and collected on
Execute all required legal notices and actions
Ensure all equipment and amenities meet safety standards
well-kept homesites and common areas
Contribute to capital planning
Ensure projects are delivered on time
