Must Have
At least 2-3 years of experience in the role of Community Manager, managing digital communities for brands., High level of English (bilingual or native), with demonstrated ability to communicate fluently and effectively in this language., Proactive profile, with great listening skills, problem-solving ability, and handling delicate online situations., Ability to interpret engagement metrics and extract relevant insights about community behavior.
Nice to Have
Other languages will also be valued., Previous experience in managing social media accounts within the automotive sector is highly valued., Experience in social care management through CRM is valued.
