This role will be responsible for engaging with audiences, moderating conversations, and ensuring a consistent and positive brand voice. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day community engagement across social media platforms Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and brand-aligned manner Monitor conversations and proactively engage with the community Escalate sensitive issues and manage online reputation
