Must Have
1-2 years Community Manager experience, Affordable Housing Experience, Prior experience managing over 300 units, 4-6 years relevant experience, Property management background, Sales background, Marketing background, Customer service background, Manage day-to-day operation of apartment community, Resolve customer complaints and issues, Complete financial records, documents, and reports, Increase sales revenues, Coordinate work of a team, Manage multiple priorities, Valid driver's license
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Bachelor's degree in related field
What You'll Do.
Manage day-to-day operations of assigned property
Manage daily activities

Provide input into budget development
Analyze financial statements
