Community Manager Monks is looking for a Community Manager to join our ever-growing team. In this role, you will set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with communication strategies. Additionally, our ideal candidate is a fast and flexible go-getter who jumps on new opportunities to create impactful work. Key Responsibilities Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies. Work on content calendars and make them come true, including the timely publishing of social media posts. Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts. Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner. Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews across various social media platforms Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness. Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency. Work closely with data strategists to provide monthly and quarterly reports and optimization opportunities. Develop weekly and monthly reporting ( Organic + Sentiment analysis) and competitive analysis. Provide Social listening. Work collaboratively with social strategy, account management and creatives to ensure social media channels are on brand at all times Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
