What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, At least three years’ experience in marketing and event planning, including VIP guest service
Nice to Have
Previous concierge or VIP retail experience highly-preferred
What You'll Do.
Create and manage programming at an office property
Enhance experience for tenants and visitors
Create a sense of community virtually
Plan meetings and professional conferences
Plan social and networking events
Manage the admin portal of the property app
Manage property social media accounts
Create internal marketing collateral
Provide exemplary concierge services
Serve as an informational resource for the property
Provide accurate reports detailing client requests
Bill services to tenants and client
Coordinate regular programming
Manage property amenity spaces
Plan and maintain the property programming budget
Partner with fitness providers
Create marketing collateral for programming
Partner with local retailers
Assist property management and leasing teams
Maintain the admin portal of property app
Manage property social media pages
Write and design eblasts and monthly newsletter
Act as a building ambassador
Respond to tenant requests
Coordinate reservations and tickets
Negotiate contracts with area vendors
Provide detailed reporting of events
Provide timely and accurate reporting to finance
Handle other concierge-related requests
