Industry & Context.
Routine local travel may be required, Employees must be able to physically access all exterior and interior parts of the community and amenities, Employees must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty (20) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance, Must have valid driver’s license to drive while visiting property
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
HS Diploma or equivalent education, Valid driver's license, Ability to read, write, and communicate, Proficiency in Internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs, Mathematical skills to calculate percentages, Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, Must be always available via phone and/or email, Employees must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
Nice to Have
Property management experience preferred
What You'll Do.
Support Regional Manager
and energetic environment
Provide Resident Services onsite
Ensure Amenities are maintained
Ensure Units are like-new for new move-ins
Serve as Liaison between Facilities Maintenance Group and
Ensure all Accounts Payable/Invoices are submitted for payment
Conduct regular property walks
Maintain the value of the asset
Explore additional revenue opportunities
Manage budget oversight
Leverage technology for streamlined operations
Make data-driven decisions
Communicate effectively
