Industry & Context.
Routine local travel may be required to make bank deposits, attend training classes, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of the daily responsibilities of this position., Ability to walk the property frequently, including climbing stairs and navigating multi-level buildings, Ability to stand, sit, and move throughout the community for extended periods of time, Ability to inspect apartments, amenities, and grounds, including bending, stooping, and reaching, Ability to lift and carry up to 20–25 pounds (e. g. , packages, office supplies, signage), Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and printers, for prolonged periods, Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, May require working weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on business needs and leasing activity
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
HS Diploma or equivalent education, Ability to read, write, and communicate, Demonstrated proficiency in Internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs, Mathematical skills to calculate percentages, Must have valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on property, Must be able to work a flexible work schedule and be always available via phone and/or email, Ability to walk the property frequently, including climbing stairs and navigating multi-level buildings, Ability to stand, sit, and move throughout the community for extended periods of time, Ability to inspect apartments, amenities, and grounds, including bending, stooping, and reaching, Ability to lift and carry up to 20–25 pounds, Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and printers, for prolonged periods, Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Nice to Have
Property management experience preferred, proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata)

Support the Regional Manager as needed to reach
exceed and maintain budgeted occupancy and rent levels.
Create an environment that is cool
Provide Resident Services as they are delivered onsite.
Ensure Amenities are maintained to like-new standards.
Ensure Units are like-new for new move-ins.
Serve as a Liaison between the Facilities Maintenance Group and the property level needs.
Ensure all Accounts Payable/Invoices are submitted for payment appropriately.
Conduct regular property walks
maintaining the value of the asset.
Always be exploring additional revenue opportunities.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Support the Regional Manager as needed; Serve as a Liaison between the Facilities Maintenance Group and the property level needs.; Regular collaboration with leasing, maintenance, and regional management teams to support community operations and occupancy goals
Communication Scope
