What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 5 years of experience in community management, player retention, creator relations, or similar roles., Experience building active communities across multiple platforms, regions, and diverse audiences., Experience supporting creators, influencers, ambassador programs, or community advocacy initiatives., Previous experience in player moderation and managing conversations in a digital/online environment., Excellent communication and collaboration skills., Genuine passion and strong affinity for multiplayer games.
Nice to Have
Experience managing large, highly active multiplayer communities., Experience collaborating with content creators, influencers, or in creator programs within the video game industry., Fluency in French and English., Post-graduate diploma in Public Relations, Corporate Communications or related discipline, Experience creating and editing video content, 5+ years in a Marketing or PR Agency, Experience leading internal and external communications functions, Passion for games and pop culture with broad knowledge of current and past industry trends
What You'll Do.
Develop and implement community engagement strategy.
Maintain dialogue with players.
Coordinate with development team for feedback loops.
Support studio creator program.
Collaborate with creators and stakeholders.
Create written and visual content.
Develop communications for events.
Define and track KPIs.
