Must be okay to commute within Greater Sacramento, CA region up to including: Auburn, Placerville, Vallejo and Modesto, CA.

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3-5 years of HOA portfolio management experience., CMCA certification or ability to obtain within your first 6 months of employment., Evening availability for Board meetings., Ability to travel to and from your property for in-person meetings when needed., Keen knowledge of budgets and the budgeting process., knowledge of audits, reserve studies, bidding process, and Association governing documents., verbal and written communication skills., Effective presentation skills., Exceptional time management skills and ability to work independently., Commitment to following up on all issues in a timely manner.

Nice to Have

experience with civil codes & construction defects, financial budgeting and capital improvement management experience
