This position supports day-to-day maintenance operations by completing service requests, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring all building systems operate efficiently. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, value safety and quality, and take pride in providing excellent service to residents and team members. What You’ll Do * Assist with completing make-ready units in accordance with Z Modular standards * Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems * Perform minor carpentry, drywall repairs, and painting * Respond promptly to resident service and maintenance requests * Re-key locks and cut keys as needed * Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of property equipment and vacant units * Maintain pool areas, including chemical balance and safety compliance * Identify and address safety hazards throughout the property * Maintain cleanliness of common areas, sidewalks, and amenities * Remove trash and debris and power wash surfaces as needed * Support landscaping upkeep by raking rocks and removing weeds * Monitor inventory of tools, supplies, and materials * Maintain accur
