Must Have
3 years of relevant experience, High School Diploma, Microsoft Office Suite, interpersonal and communication skills, community outreach and health advocacy, direct patient interaction, Ability to guide and support individuals in accessing health resources, Problem-solving and decision-making skills, Highly organized and proactive, Flexible availability for multiple shifts and occasional travel, Commitment to privacy, confidentiality, and ethical standards, Professional communication across all organizational levels, Adherence to company policies, accurate metric tracking, Demonstrate behaviors aligned with McKesson I²CARE & ILead principle
Nice to Have
CHW certification or training, Bilingual English/Spanish
What You'll Do.
Provide virtual support to Biologics patients
Assist patients and caregivers in a non-clinical capacity
Assist with community resource support
Provide health literacy session programs
Coordinate and lead peer support groups
Ensure accurate data entry in system of record
Navigate healthcare systems and social services
Facilitate access to direct services
Support delivery of health education sessions
