What You'll Do.
Lead and coach a high performing sales team of Financial Advisors
Deepen client relationships and grow business
Provide meaningful development opportunities for employees
Advocate for CIBC within the community to recruit employees
Build a culture of collaboration across multiple client offers
Monitor the Imperial Service Community’s business performance and put action plans into place to close any gaps
Work collaboratively with all partners to maximize market opportunities
Manage and minimize risk to safeguard our bank
clients and shareholders
Lead by example and show your team how to deepen relationships and meet client financial needs

As a Community General Manager (CGM), Imperial Service, you will build a capable and motivated team through proactive talent management.
