Ensure these community events are successful; Generate revenue in support of WWP programs and services; Maximize fundraising in these segments; Increase participation and revenue; Meet event-related strategic objectives; Track and report against approved budget; Evaluate events’ success; Ensure availability of quality resources for ongoing events’ activities

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Three years of experience in fundraising, recruitment, marketing, or sales., Bachelor’s degree in business administration, event management, marketing, or related field. Equivalent combination of applicable education, training, certification, and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Nice to Have

Three years of experience managing fundraising events., Two years of experience working in nonprofit event fundraising., One year of experience working with email fundraising., Experience working with fundraising software/CRM.

What You'll Do.

Identify key community fundraising segments

Develop strategies to maximize fundraising

Assist new and existing supporters

and prospect new community events

Collaborate with Corporate Partnerships team

Serve as a liaison with internal WWP departments

Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders

Travel to specific events

Provide onsite presence and resources

Work with regional teammates

Assist in supporting local community fundraisers

Measure key areas of support

Analyze community fundraising events’ results

Track and report against approved budget

Evaluate events’ success

Prepare appropriate reports for management

Establish and maintain relationships with vendors

Maintain appropriate tracking system

Attend and actively participate in required training

Collaborates with community members, volunteers, internal teammates, and vendors; Collaborate with the Corporate Partnerships team; Serve as a liaison with several internal WWP departments; Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders; Work with regional teammates
