What You'll Do.
Support the successful execution of M&T's key priorities within the region.

Serve as Activation liaison for large sponsorship relationships.
Conduct site visits and inspections of venues.
Plan and execute a mix of internal and external corporate events.
Participate in industry related events as appropriate.
Assist with maintaining a comprehensive internal CBR community calendar.
Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards
policies and controls.
Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
Maintain M&T internal control standards.
Complete other related duties as assigned.

Full Job Description
**Overview:** This person will work directly with our Connecticut Regional Presidents to support the successful execution of M&T's key priorities within the region. Facilitates community, internal events, and ticketing for internal/external customers to support the Regional President’s engagement activities across assigned Community Bank region(s). Serves as the primary liaison between internal/external customers and external vendors to deliver cost-effective, on-brand events and sponsorship activations. Provides onsite event coordinating logistics as required. **Primary Responsibilities:** * Partner across all lines of business to ensure engaging customer and employee experience for events sponsored by the Regional President in the respective Community Bank Region(s) (CBR). * Conceptualize, develop, execute, and evaluate programs related to the CBR(s) in partnership with the Retail Sales Strategy & Activation Group. * Participate in the working groups for internal communications platform(s) that are utilized to amplify events, volunteerism, and community impact. * Utilize internal communications platform(s) to promote events, volunteerism, and community impact. * Respond to requests for ticketing and/or event assistance for internal and external clients, including group accommodations; proactively address potential issues. * Manage ticketing logistics and seating allocations, including non-charitable sponsorship events (e.g., assisting with filling tables). * Review event contracts and obtain proper signatures as defined by the Bank. * Track and reconcile ticketing process and event spend; process invoices for events and ticketing-related expenses; provide reporting as needed. * Activation liaison for large sponsorship relationships to maximize asset utilization and brand impact (e.g., Universities, athletic teams, community events). * Conduct site visits and inspections of venues to ensure suitability and compliance with internal requirements. * Provide onsite eve
