What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, public relations, or community organization or development, 3+ years of experience in business, marketing, public relations, education, human and/or workforce development services, Knowledgeable about the WIOA program, Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office, A Valid Driver’s License
Nice to Have
Master's or MBA degree, Knowledgeable about the local region and relevant partners, Astounding ability to multitask
What You'll Do.
Serve as company's representative in external partner and
Lead communication and marketing efforts to promote the
Build pipelines to enhance community awareness and engagement
Engage with employers to plan and build out
Follow all protocols set forth by the funder
Work collaboratively with community and partner organizations
Represent the company in discussions
Facilitate operational and tactical connections with partner organizations
Improve or scale existing resources
Build and improve existing pipelines for customers
Enhance community awareness of services
Maintain accurate and thorough completion of required documentation
Maintain accurate and thorough completion of reports
