Valid AZ driver license required at time of appointment, 39-month DOT Motor Vehicle Record review, pre-employment background checks, post-offer, pre-employment background screening

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in a program-related field, four years of professional level experience in coordinating, monitoring, administering or managing program or specialized work unit activities, Valid driver license

Nice to Have

Minimum two (2) years experience with program management, Minimum two (2) years experience in a supervisory role, Experience working with children and teens, Experience working in a library setting, Experience teaching and training others, Experience with verbal and written presentations, focusing on developing interpersonal relationships, Experience with/knowledge of interpreting and analyzing social, economic, housing, and demographic data using statistical methodologies, Bilingual (English/Spanish - speak, read, write)

What You'll Do.

and manages community engagement programs

Manages and administers operational and program activities

Evaluates program effectiveness

Develops and maintains effective working relationships

Oversees communication efforts with community members

Reviews and analyzes routine and special reports

Prepares recommendations and/or initiates corrective actions

writes and administers the program's annual budget

Prepares program-related financial forecasts

Identifies funding sources to support program

and administers contracts

state and local legislation

Ensures program compliance with applicable regulations

Directs organizational and management studies

Supervises and mentors program staff and volunteers
