About The Role As the Community Engagement & Government Affairs Manager (Norway), you will be the face of Nscale for local municipalities, regional authorities, and the host communities of our high-tech AI infrastructure. Your mission is to ensure Nscale is recognised as a responsible, value-adding neighbour by bridging the gap between our technical operations and local stakeholders. You will report to the MD Scandinavia and work day-to-day with Norwegian site teams to foster trust and community involvement. What You'll be Doing Local Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary contact for mayors, local councils, and community leaders in existing and future site locations. Community Investment: Design and lead "Good Neighbor" programs, including STEM educational partnerships with schools and support for local sports and culture. Permitting & Regulatory Support: Collaborate with site leads to navigate local zoning (reguleringsplaner), building permits, and environmental impact assessments. Heat Recovery Initiatives: Facilitate partnerships with local industries or municipalities for excess heat utilization projects, such as district heating or
