We are looking for a passionate Community Director to join our team and make a difference. As a Community Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in building community and driving results by diving deep into Hudson Valley Region, Big Apple Region and Manhattan Region, cultivating strong talent, aligning resources, and driving growth. Alongside your teammates, you’ll connect in a dynamic environment and create a positive impact on teens, our community, and the world.   SHAPING THE FUTURE FOR TEENS AND YOURSELF  As a Community Director, responsibilities will include:  Managing the health and viability of region, its programming and relationships.   Deploying staff strategically to sustain activities across geographies.  Traveling across New York to meet with the regional staff and support community programming Leading and motivating the team to achieve goals around membership, experiences, and participation.  Devise and implement new strategies to hit these goals as a full team. Hiring, training and supervision of full-time BBYO teammates across the region. Developing, supporting and maximizing the performance of direct reports and ensuring a culture of accountability Developing direct reports with an expectation of high performance.   Ensuring chapter and regional program is of the highest caliber. Oversee and execute strategies that increase chapter growth, strengthen membership recruitment and retention, and expand participation in summer experiences across the region. Serving as the final arbiter on compliance, discipline issues and parent concerns.  Seek
