What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum five years’ progressive experience in a financial institution, Experience in consumer lending, Experience in equity lending, Experience in member service, Experience in IRAs, Experience in trusts, Experience in business accounts, Experience in teller operations, Experience in compliance, Minimum three years’ experience in a leadership role, Demonstrated skills in coaching, Demonstrated skills in mentoring, Demonstrated skills in developing others

Nice to Have

Associates degree in Business Administration or related field, Bilingual abilities including ability to read, write and speak Spanish fluently
