By working at **The Care Company,** you will be part of a growing company that is helping seniors live well in their own homes! **We are looking for awesome, self-driven Personal Support Workers to work throughout the Toronto/GTA area on Weekends and Holidays. Please note we are only moving forward with applicants who are available to support us with our client needs on weekends.** **Scheduling Requirements:** * **Must be available WEEKENDS** * **MUST** be able to commit to a **consistent, ongoing, weekly schedule** for the foreseeable future * Available and willing to see multiple clients throughout the day (we are a 24/7 business and require support days, evenings, overnights, as well as holidays). **Duties and Responsibilities** * Provide personal care to clients in accordance with their individualized care plans. * Offer companionship and assistance with light housekeeping duties—doing whatever it takes to help clients remain safely and comfortably at home. * Prepare meals according to the preferences and requests of the client and/or their family, including a variety of cuisines. * Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) within the scope of practice of a Personal Support Worker. * Support clients with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, linen changes, and other related care needs. * Assist clients with transfers, ambulation, range of motion exercises, and mobility support. * Ensure client safety at all times and use equipment safely and appropriately. * Practice safely and competently within the limits of your training, experience, and job responsibilities. * Complete all required documentation and records accurately, thor
