You'll be blending customer service and operational excellence to deliver an exceptional member experience. If you thrive on variety, enjoy problem-solving, and love building connections, this role is for you. This is a genuinely hands-on role. Think hospitality with office hours: you're on your feet, covering a lot of ground, holding high standards across the building, and building real relationships with the people around you. In practice, most weeks you'll be based at one site with occasional cover at others when needed, and your rota will be set in advance so you’ll always know the plan. All our South West sites have great teams and brilliant member communities.
