Greet and qualify prospects
Conduct property tours
Assist with lease preparation process
Generate required lease paperwork
Organize resident lease files
Assist with move in process
Assist with move out process
Answer incoming calls
Set appointments for prospects
Perform on-campus marketing outreach
Coordinate resident functions
Schedule resident visits
Act as after-hours liaison
Respond to after-hours emergencies
Respond to resident concerns
