What You'll Do.
general administration of the multiple properties
leasing of the apartments where assigned
fiscal oversight and physical maintenance of assigned property
Inspecting property communal areas
apartment units and grounds on a regular basis.
Assist move-in and move-out administration with particular attention to consistent apartment inspections.
Collects all rent payments from both current and previous residents.
Make daily community deposits in regard to rent collections and any other miscellaneous income.
Distributes non-payment notices to all delinquent residents and completes follow-up activity in regard to non-payment of rent
or eviction proceedings.
Market apartments by promoting rentals on the phone and in demonstrate apartments and community to prospective renters

Inputs daily all resident information in relation to leasing traffic
Maintains all current and previous resident files.
Assists in various leasing activities as required.
Assists the Community Manager with renewals of existing residents.
Assists in the handling of resident service requests and various concerns as required.
Conducts follow-up activity as needed with new and current residents in order to establish and maintain positive resident relations'
Ensure that residents are provided with a clean

Ensure that maintenance requests are managed as quickly

Prepare security deposit dispositions in a consistent manner immediately after move-out
time being of the essence.

Temporary Roving Community Assistant Manager - Walden, Rig-A-Hut (Washougal) the general administration of the multiple properties, leasing of the apartments where assigned, fiscal oversight and physical maintenance of assigned property. The Roving Assistant Manager may also serve as the individual responsible for the property in which assigned in the absence of the Community Manager. The Roving Community Assistant Manager will provide coverage across multiple locations," "rotating between different sites," "supporting various teams as needed," "flexible work location depending on project needs," and "on-site presence at different properties. A valid driver's license is required for the position. Salary range: $25.00 - $28.00 DOE This is a full-time temporary position and is eligible for company benefits.
