The purpose of the position is to provide concierge-style experience services at the Diageo Huntingwood site with a view to connecting Diageo staff to the services and feature of the Huntingwood facility. This role acts as the crucial first point of contact for access control, meeting room management, local mail management, storage room management and event support. The primary function of the Experience Lead is to provide face to face staff assistance with general enquiries to enhance their workplace experience. Queries may include but are not limited to: * property maintenance, cleaning, or general Facilities queries. * meeting room setups and booking assistance. * ergonomic set-up or HSSE issues. * provide information on emergency & evacuation procedures. * AV/VC technical troubleshooting. * Building Orientations for new starters. * Stationery and pantry items; * Mail and storage & lost property. The Experience Lead must: * build strong relationships with all stakeholders, respond to feedback, assist in the co-ordination and delivery of day to day running of office premises. * key contact point for the relevant businesses for all curation and catering related queries. * ensure stakeholders clearly understand services scope, drivers, objectives, constraints, and challenges, and provide regular updates (formal & informal) on progress and issues. * provide reliable service to resolve ad hoc queries * improve w
