What You'll Do.

Provide a warm and welcoming environment
making tenants and visitors feel comfortable and valued
assist them with registration/way finding
Notify relevant staff of visitor arrivals and handle security protocols
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the organization's services
Assist visitors with general queries and direct them to the relevant resources
Assist in various administrative tasks such as coordinating with the Hospitality team for upkeep of the asset and events
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Report any maintenance or security issues promptly
Communicate effectively with colleagues and management regarding any relevant issues or updates
Handle complaints or difficult situations with diplomacy and tact
Escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary
