Increase active subscribers and product penetration
Sell and promote Comcast products
Develop relationships with property management
Provide ongoing sales support
Utilize advanced knowledge of products
Demonstrate advanced product knowledge
Meet and exceed sales goals
Drive customer acquisition and awareness
Follow-up with customer and property staff
Lead fast resolution of issues
Develop working relationships with property management
Call on and visit new build MDU properties
Ensure Comcast services are available
Utilize software programs and social media
Exercise independent judgment and discretion
Maintain consistent attendance
Work nights and weekends
Work variable schedule and overtime
