Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Manage and support internal communication platforms, including SharePoint sites and email analytics tools, ensuring functionality, usability, and alignment with corporate communication goals. Act as a key liaison between stakeholders and IT teams by gathering requirements, defining specifications, managing timelines, and tracking delivery of intranet enhancements. Develop, deliver, and continuously update training materials and documentation, while providing direct support and education to end users on tools and best practices. Oversee configuration, maintenance, and optimization of SharePoint components such as web parts, lists, permissions, workflows, and site layouts. Lead initiatives related to email analytics platforms, including vendor coordination, licensing management, system testing, and performance reporting. Monitor, analyze, and report on intranet and communication tool usage, engagement, and satisfaction metrics to inform improvements. Coordinate cross-functional communication through tools such as email, ticketing systems, and collaboration platforms to ensure transparency and timely resolution of requests. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or a related field, with 5–7 years of relevant professional experience. Strong experience working with Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Office 365 tools, including site management, permissions, and workflows. 3–5 years of experience with email analytics platforms such as PoliteMail or similar tools, including reporting and optimization. Demonstrated experience in technical training, user enablement, or stakeholder education in a digital or enterprise environment. Working knowledge of web technologies such as HTML and ability to troubleshoot basic technical or configuration issues.
