1-2 years previous experience as a Telecommunications Operator, Front Desk Agent, Spa Receptionist, Customer Service Sales Representative, Coordinator or Order Taker in a fast paced Hotel operation

What You'll Do.

Answer and direct phone calls

Handle radio requests

Process HotSos requests

Take in-room dining orders

Take telephone requests

Receive and log faxes

Achieve maximum customer satisfaction

Support Front Desk team

Answer phone inquiries

Route calls to proper extensions

Handle guest interactions with hospitality

Accommodate special requests

Resolve guest complaints

Respond to guest inquiries

Log and track requests

Assist guests with inquiries

Ensure proper working condition of telephone system

Ensure proper working condition of HotSos

Ensure proper working condition of booking system

Describe in-room dining menu items

Describe spa treatments

Sell and recommend treatments

Communicate guest orders to kitchen

Work harmoniously with co-workers

Monitor hotel emergency situations

Respond to hotel safety situations

Deliver wake-up calls

Log facsimiles in a timely manner

Answer all incoming calls promptly

Assist with 'Do Not Disturb' requests

Handle 'No Information' calls

Handle busy extensions

Conduct three-way conversations

Assist callers in placement of calls

Comply with Four Seasons Work Rules

Adhere to meal break policy

Adhere to proper payroll procedures
