What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field, 5+ years of experience in internal communications, project management, or communications operations, English writing and editing skills
Nice to Have
Proficiency in Microsoft familiarity with Copilot/GenAI tools, Basic video and audio editing skills
What You'll Do.
Manage intake and tracking of communications requests
Draft first versions of communications assets
Support C-suite and senior leadership communications
Maintain and update internal SharePoint sites
Coordinate Town Hall logistics
Design branded digital assets
Edit and produce short-form videos
Assist in production of internal newsletters
Operate within defined SLAs
Track progress of communications workflows
Maintain editorial calendars and distribution lists
Collect and analyze performance metrics
Produce monthly engagement reports

Support C-suite and senior leadership communications; Collaborate with leadership to identify trends
